Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, any returned item must meet the following conditions:
- Item in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- Original tags and packaging intact
- Return made within 14 days following the withdrawal notification
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or showing signs of use will not be accepted or refunded.
How to Make a Return
- Send an email to contact@anurakid.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- We will confirm the return and provide you with the return address
- Ship the parcel carefully packaged with your order number included inside
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item
Refund
Once the parcel has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method used during the order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued.
Defective Item or Order Error
If you received a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@anurakid.com, including:
- Your order number
- A picture of the item
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by ANURAKID and a full refund or reshipment of the correct item will be offered.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Sale or final promotion items (as indicated on the product page)
