Terms of sale

Article 1 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the website anurakid.com between ANURAKID and any non-professional buyer (hereinafter "the Customer"). By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these terms.

Article 2 – Products
The products available for sale are those listed on the website at the time of browsing. ANURAKID reserves the right to modify its product range at any time. Each product is presented with a description and a price inclusive of all taxes (VAT included where applicable).

Article 3 – Prices
All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. ANURAKID reserves the right to update its prices at any time. Products will be charged at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders
The Customer places their order online via anurakid.com. Validating an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer upon successful order placement.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online via the methods available on the website at the time of order. Transactions are secured by Shopify's payment partners. ANURAKID does not store any banking data.

Article 6 – Shipping
ANURAKID ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan France, and may vary for international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the delivery destination, and are displayed to the Customer before order confirmation. ANURAKID cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify ANURAKID at contact@anurakid.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their original tags. Any item returned incomplete, damaged or showing signs of use will not be accepted or refunded. In the case of a defective or incorrect item, the Customer has 30 days from receipt to notify ANURAKID at contact@anurakid.com.

Article 9 – Liability
ANURAKID cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of a purchased product. ANURAKID's liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the website anurakid.com (texts, images, logo, brand) are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of ANURAKID. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Lyon, France. The Customer may also refer the matter to a consumer mediation service.
